Østmarka IL triathlon og Erox (www.triathlonbutikken.no) vil neste år arrangere 'Erox serien'! Dette er en serie der man konkurrerer i en duathlon (http://ping.fm/R9n5f) og to triathlonkonkurranser (Lærdal og Honey Stinger Triathlon) og beste mann og dame i sammendraget vinner 5000kr og en Erox Cell Pro Flex våtdrakt til verdi 6199kr! Det vil også være flotte premier til klassevinnerne!

13th at the ITU Long World Series on Sunday! Not bad concidering :-) I was 8th untill the last lap, but then the lack of training caught up with me!

Just got home from my first long run this year. 2h 40min, about 30km in the snow and on the slippery roads. Really tired! Doing Milan marathon 11th of April

Now this week is over and the forcast is for warmer weather and more and harder training :-) Looking forward to it!

Today I woke up to -27C outside... A bit cold, but put on a lot of clothes and went for a short, easy 1h 15min ski sesion. Now for 2h swim!
